Barrel-aged for a year in George Dickel 12-year-old bourbon barrels, Mai Po Imperial Stout has rich roasted coffee and chocolate flavours infused with notes of vanilla, oak, and caramel. A dark, full body with creamy foam and silky, smooth mouthfeel. When stored at a constant temperature of 4 to 8 degrees Celsius, Mai Po may be enjoyed for years to come and collected for a vertical.
