Brand Ambassador, Hong Kong

We are looking for a high-calibre person to join our team as a Brand Ambassador.
Responsibilities:
- Arrange meetings with existing and prospective customers with an emphasis on business accounts in the hospitality and tourism industries
- Conduct promotional tastings/events, including during evenings and weekends as required
- Record all customer visits in our CRM tool as they occur
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree required
- At least two years of sales or customer service experience in the food and beverage industry and experience with distributor
- Track record of excellence in customer service
- Knowledge of craft beer offerings (flavours, ingredients, etc.) in order to answer questions from customers and conduct tastings
- Must have ability and willingness to maintain flexible work schedules, as weekend and extended workdays are necessary
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers, vendors, and coworkers in a professional manner
- Able to work independently; organized and detail-oriented
- Flexible and helpful in personality
- Proficient in PC skills including but not limited to MS Office, CRM database, software applications
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
