Brand Ambassador

Hong Kong Beer Co operates a state-of-the-art brewery in the vibrant neighbourhood of Chai Wan, in the Eastern District of Hong Kong Island. We seek a high-calibre person to join our dedicated sales team as a Brand Ambassador. We offer an above-industry-average compensation package, a great health plan with comprehensive medical, dental, vision, disability and maternity coverage, paid vacation time, holidays, and sick leave.
Responsibilities:
- Arrange meetings with existing and prospective customers with an emphasis on business accounts in the hospitality and tourism industries.
- Conduct promotional tastings/events, including during evenings and weekends, as required.
- Record all customer visits in the CRM tool as they occur.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree required.
- At least two years of sales or customer service experience in the food and beverage industry.
- Track record of excellence in customer service.
- Knowledge of craft beer offerings (flavours, ingredients, etc.) in order to answer questions from customers, as well as conduct tastings.
- Ability and willingness to maintain flexible work schedules, as occasional weekend, extended workday, and regional travel may be required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers and coworkers in a professional manner.
- Able to work independently; organized and detail-oriented.
- Flexible and helpful in personality
- Proficient in PC skills including but not limited to MS Office, CRM database, and software applications.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and precision.
