What inspired you to become a brewer?

Mo: I thought being a brewer would be cool and lots of fun!

What do you like most about being a brewer?

Mo: The friendships created. Also, challenging myself to be better and brew better as I gain more experience and learn new brewing techniques.

What do you like to do in Hong Kong on your days off? 

Mo: I like to hang out with friends and play sports. I also enjoy cooking!

What is your favourite time of the year?

Mo: Chinese New Year! I can spend quality time with family during the long holiday and, of course, receive lots of red packets!

If you could have any superpower for a day, what would it be and why?

Mo: I would like to fly so I could grab a stack of beers and drink above the clouds.
