Hong Kong Beer Co started in 1995 with an ambitious goal: to brew fresh, full-flavoured craft beer for the first time in Hong Kong, a city whose beer market was dominated by industrial lagers.
Today, our beers are enjoyed throughout Hong Kong and select neighbouring countries. As the first craft brewery in Hong Kong, we are immensely proud to have been pioneering Hong Kong’s burgeoning craft beer industry for over 29 years and look forward to spearheading continued innovation.
Our award-winning Head Brewer Phillip Rankmore, acclaimed Lead Brewer Matt Bradley, skilled Senior Brewer Shreyas Bindal, internationally-renowned Packaging and Maintenance Leader Gas Pirog, experienced brew team members Henry Chan, Ben Cheng, Sheung Man Chick, and Rachel Dao, and dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist Mariana Witt are passionate about combining the art and creativity of craft beer with the science and precision of chemistry to consistently produce a balanced, refreshing, and usually hop-forward beer program encompassing iconic year-round, exclusive limited-release, and full-flavoured non-alcoholic beers.
