Big Bird Race 2022

Hong Kong Beer Co sponsors the World Wildlife Foundation's Big Bird Race with Hong Kong-made local craft beers with proceeds going toward nature conservation at Mai Po Reserve in Hong Kong.
This Saturday, 23 April, 8 teams will compete in the WWF-HK Big Bird Race to record the most bird sightings in 12 hours at Hong Kong's Mai Po Nature Reserve. We are proud and honoured to sponsor beverages for Saturday’s Awards Dinner at the Island House Conservation Studies Centre. In addition to HKBC's award-winning Dragon’s Back Pale Ale and The Peak Pilsner, guests will enjoy our unique and extremely rare Mai Po Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout (whose label was elegantly illustrated by @carmenor.art , drawing inspiration from Mai Po’s Eastern Imperial Eagle). Funds raised from the Big Bird Race 2022 will be used directly for wetland management in Mai Po Nature Reserve to provide better habitats for birds and other wildlife.
