We're excited to celebrate the launch of our 26th Anniversary Saison tonight from 5 PM til late at Craftissimo! With our cosmopolitan and vibrant city in mind, Phil, James, and the brew team have taken the Belgian-style Saison to the next level! Our light malt base, late addition hops, abundant hand-zested orange peel, and mixed yeast fermentation create a crisp and refreshing Hong Kong Saison that is elegant and tangy with pear, apple, citrus, and lime notes. 6.2% ABV and low bitterness. An exceptional beer for a milestone occasion!
