TASTING NOTES

Barrel-aged in Knob Creek 9-year bourbon barrels, Mai Po Imperial Stout has rich roasted coffee and chocolate flavours infused with notes of maple syrup, oak, and caramel. A dark, full body with creamy foam and silky, smooth mouthfeel. When stored at a constant temperature of 4 to 8 degrees Celsius, Mai Po may be enjoyed for years to come and collected for a vertical.
