TASTING NOTES
This decadent Irish Coffee Imperial Stout is inspired by Irish coffee, a hot, Irish whiskey-spiked coffee drink topped with a layer of whipped cream. We begin with our award-winning Imperial Stout and add premium, medium-roast Irish Cream-flavoured coffee beans to capture the essence of the classic liqueur. A delicate addition of vanilla and lactose adds creaminess to complete the flavour sensation.

Its strong, complex flavours pair well with rich, bold, and sweet foods such as smoked or grilled meats and decadent desserts such as molten lava cake, sweet date and brown sugar puddings, or an ounce of fine dark chocolate.
