TASTING NOTES
Mai Po No. 3 (Vintage 2025) is our Imperial Stout that has been barrel-aged in Heaven Hill Bourbon Barrels and decadently conditioned with grilled peaches and smoked pineapples.
When stored at a constant temperature of 4 to 8 degrees Celsius, Mai Po may be enjoyed for years to come and collected for vertical tastings with other Mai Po vintages and variants.

PAIRINGS
Mai Po is best savoured in a snifter glass or paired with decadent desserts such as molten lava cake, sweet date and brown sugar puddings, or an ounce of fine dark chocolate.
