TASTING NOTES
Mai Po No. 4 (Vintage 2025) is our Imperial Stout that has been barrel-aged in Cherry-Liquer-Finished Bourbon, Heaven Hill Bourbon, and French Ok Cognac Barrels and decadently conditioned with cacao nibs and cherries.
When stored at a constant temperature of 4 to 8 degrees Celsius, Mai Po may be enjoyed for years to come and collected for vertical tastings with other Mai Po vintages and variants.

FOOD PAIRINGS
Mai Po is best savoured in a snifter glass or paired with decadent desserts such as molten lava cake, sweet date and brown sugar puddings, or an ounce of fine dark chocolate.
