TASTING NOTES
Lotus is packed with seven hops and advanced hop products, including our hand-selected YCH Mosaic (Cryo and T-90), Citra (Cryo and T-90), Simcoe T-90, Freestyle Nelson Sauvin (Bliss Process) T-90, and Citra DynaBoost, to create intense sweet tropical (pineapple, mango), citrus, and gooseberry hop flavours and aromas. Light body (that allows the hops to shine), assertive bitterness, and a crisp, dry finish.
